Instructions
Boil Water
Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.
Add Rose Hips
Once the water reaches a boil, add 2 tablespoons of dried rose hips to the saucepan.
Simmer
Reduce the heat to low and let the rose hips simmer in the water for approximately 10 minutes. This allows the flavors to infuse fully into the water.
Strain
After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea to remove the rose hips.
Serve
Pour the freshly brewed Rose Hips Tea into cups or mugs. If desired, sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener.
