  • 2 tablespoons dried rose hips
  • 2 cups water
  • Honey or sweetener of choice optional

Instructions
 

Boil Water

  • Start by bringing 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.

Add Rose Hips

  • Once the water reaches a boil, add 2 tablespoons of dried rose hips to the saucepan.

Simmer

  • Reduce the heat to low and let the rose hips simmer in the water for approximately 10 minutes. This allows the flavors to infuse fully into the water.

Strain

  • After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea to remove the rose hips.

Serve

  • Pour the freshly brewed Rose Hips Tea into cups or mugs. If desired, sweeten with honey or your preferred sweetener.
