  • 1 tablespoon Black Cohosh root

  • 1 tablespoon Dong Quai root
  • 1 teaspoon dried Peppermint leaves
  • 4 cups water

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a gentle boil.
  • Add Black Cohosh, Red Clover, Chaste Tree Berry, Dong Quai, and Peppermint leaves to the boiling water.
  • Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into cups, discarding the herbal remnants.
  • Optionally, sweeten with honey or your preferred natural sweetener.
