Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon raspberry leaf
  • 1 tablespoon nettle leaf
  • 1 tablespoon dandelion leaf
  • 1 tablespoon chamomile flowers
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • 4 cups water
  • Honey to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the water in a pot.
  • Add all the herbs and seeds to the boiling water.
  • Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Strain the tea into a cup.
  • Add honey if desired.
