Before we begin, ensure you have all the necessary ingredients at hand. You’ll need 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of dried red clover blossoms;
In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium heat;
Once the water reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and add 2 tablespoons of dried red clover blossoms to the saucepan;
Allow the red clover blossoms to steep in the hot water for about 5-10 minutes. This duration will allow the flavors and nutrients from the blossoms to infuse into the water fully;
After steeping, remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea into cups using a fine-mesh sieve or tea strainer;
Pour the freshly brewed Red Clover Tea into cups and serve hot. You can enjoy it as is or add a dash of honey or lemon for extra flavor.
