2ripe peachespeeled and sliced (fresh or frozen)
1tablespoonof fresh gingergrated
1/2 to 1cupof sugar or honeyadjust to taste
Additional water for the peach and ginger mixture
Ice cubes

Instructions
Brew The Tea: Begin by boiling 4 cups of water. Add the tea bags and let them steep for about 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
Peach And Ginger Mixture: In a saucepan, combine the sliced peaches, grated ginger, and sugar/honey with enough water to cover the ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook until the peaches soften and the flavors meld together.
Combine And Cool: Mix the brewed tea with the peach and ginger mixture. Strain out the solids and let the combined mixture cool. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled tea over, and garnish with a peach slice or a sprig of mint.
